Is it really 100% centella?

The 100% refers to the centella asiatica extract itself, which is the single botanical in the formula and grown wholly in Madagascar. What comes out of the pipette is a light, watery, fragrance-free ampoule rather than neat plant extract.

Do I still need a moisturiser after it?

Yes. This is a hydrating, soothing step, not a sealing one, so follow with a cream to hold the water in. On slightly damp skin you can pat on two or three thin layers before moisturising.

Can I use it with actives like BHA or retinol?

It layers well, and many people keep it for the nights between stronger treatments to give skin a rest. Apply it first on clean skin, then your active, or alternate evenings if you irritate easily.
