How to use it
At the moisturising stage of your routine (AM/PM) scoop a moderate amount out onto your fingers, and gently smooth the cream over your skin.
Note: A quick patch test is recommend before using a new product.

Is this too rich for oily or acne-prone skin?
It is a light gel-cream built around birch sap at 10,000 ppm with hyaluronic acid and panthenol, not heavy oils, so oily and blemish-prone skin generally gets on with it. In humid weather it may be all the hydration you need.
Does it pill under sunscreen or makeup?
It sinks in quickly and is free of silicones, so pilling is uncommon. Give it a minute to stop feeling damp before your SPF, and if you layer several hydrating products, use less of each rather than more.
Will it be enough for dry skin in winter?
Possibly not on its own. This cream is pitched at balance rather than richness, so if your skin is dry or flaking in cold, dry air, layer a facial oil or a heavier balm over it at night and keep the cream for daytime.
